Inspiration

I used to have a Xanga account when I was younger.
For 5 years, I did not use it.
I do not know what drove me back there, but I was inspired by how much I changed over the years.
As I read over my old entries, I felt embarassed and slightly ashamed over my old obsessions with all things gothic and punk.
However, out of these two emotions there came a new feeling.
Pride.
I was proud of how much I've changed into a better person over just 5 years.
I was inspired by that and from that inspiration I decided to make a new Xanga for the "new me."
I do not know if this new blog will receive millions of hits or just five hits every week.
I'll just have to see now, won't I?

I wrote one last blog in there a few minutes ago as well.
I await, without shame, the poking-fun-of's of how I used to be.
Bring it on and despite what Xanga says, here's to my first REAL post on creativity_is_irrelevant.
If your significant other cheated on you, would you want to know?

Of course I would not want to know that my lover is seeing another person...HOWEVER, that does not mean I do not have the right to know what is going on.
It will break my heart, yes, but I know time and friends will help heal the wounds. The human spirit is amazing through the fact that so many have survived even the harshest of lives...it's up to each one of us to decide whether we can go on with tears and sorrow, or tears and triumph.
I've come from a home where this situation has happened to my own parents. I've seen this stuff first hand. I know what can happen and the heartache that is dealt with.
But I'm helping to heal my family even now. I cannot be the person watching this happen and doing nothing.
I didn't mean for the long answer, but these kinds of questions hit me the hardest.
I'm just hoping to help those who may be going through the same thing.
No one wants to know a lover is cheating on them, but you have the right to know.

Hi everyone! I've made a new Xanga to just to blog about my random days and my thoughts. As an avid movie lover, I may even put a few movie reviews in once in a while.
